In order for us to provide the best care for you, it is very important that you bring the following items to your visit:

• Photo ID
• A list of your current medications
• Any and all x-rays CD or films
• Insurance information and card
• Information about what treatments and medications have been tried in the past
• Medical records from prior visits that you think may be helpful

Emergencies and Rescheduling

Our office provides after-hours coverage. This coverage is provided seven days a week. To contact Dr. Hope or the physician on call after hours or on holidays, please call 703-560-1146 to be connected to our answering service.

Because of the nature of our practice, please understand it is not unusual for our doctor to be called out to emergency situations. This may sometimes require scheduled surgeries or office visits to be cancelled or rescheduled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but will make every effort to accommodate your schedule.
